Need a return? 

No problem and No restocking fees!

Only stock items can be returned, custom imprinted wristbands or special order wristbands are non refundable.

Returns must be in original packaging and available for resale.

Items can only be returned 30 days from the date of your receipt.

Refunds will be issued on products only.

Shipping

Stock wristbands are generally shipped within 24 hours after placing your order.

Tyvek custom wristbands ship within 7 business days after placing your order.

Plastic and Vinyl wristbands ship within 14 business days after placing your order.

Cloth Wristbands, Lanyards and Silicone wristbands will normally ship within 21 business days after placing your order.

Need your order faster? Rush services are available - please contact us to order.

Tyvek wristbands are shipped in boxes of 500 or 1000 in sheets of 10.

Fan Folded Tyvek wristbands are shipping in bags of 500, as a continuous feed.

Plastic and Vinyl wristbands are packaged in boxes of 500, in sheets of 10.

Cloth Wristbands, Silicone Wristbands and Lanyards are sold individually, and are packaged in bags based on the quantities that you order.

Most of our shipments are shipped via UPS.

We also use Fedex and DHL for international shipments.

Custom Imprinting

At this time only Silicone Wristbands, Cloth Wristbands and Laynards are available to order online.

We will send you a mock up of what your product looks like before we print.

Authorization is needed to print your product.
