Ask us a questionCloth wristbands are the industry standard for multi-day festivals. They're comfortable enough to wear for several days straight, nearly impossible to remove and pass to someone else, and fully customizable with your festival branding and colours. After supplying most major festivals in Canada for over 10 years, cloth wristbands are consistently our top recommendation for any event running more than one day.
Most festivals order multiple colours in a single order — for example general admission in one tyvek colour, VIP in cloth, camping pass in a second cloth colour, and staff on lanyards. We can supply everything in one order so it all arrives together. Contact us and we'll help you design a colour system that works for your specific event layout.
Absolutely! All of our wristbands, lanyards, and badges are available with full-colour custom printing. You'll receive a free digital proof to approve before anything goes to print. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files. If you don't have print-ready artwork our team can help.
We recommend ordering at least 2.5 weeks before your event to allow time for design approval, production, and shipping. Custom orders ship in 5–10 business days after proof approval. If your festival date is coming up fast we do accommodate rush orders. Please contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to make it work.
Minimums start at just 100 units for some products — making us a good fit for smaller community festivals and local concerts as well as large-scale events. Bulk pricing kicks in at 300, 500, 1,000, 3000, and 5,000+ units. Contact us and we'll help find the right quantity and price point for your festival size.
