    Returns

    Need a return?  No problem and NO restocking fee!!

    1. Please contact us krista@thewristbandman.com to receive a return authorization code.
    2. Ship the return back to the Wristband Man to the address provided.
    3. After we review the return, we will provide a return for the products only.

    Conditions:

    • Only stock items can be returned, custom imprinted wristbands or special order wristbands are non refundable
    • Returns must be in original packaging and available for resale
    • Items can only be returned 30 days from the date of your receipt
    • Returns must include a return authorization code (please see above)
    • Refunds will be issued on products only
    • Please allow 7 business days once the return has been received for a refund to be issued  

    Shipping

    • Stock orders will ship the same day if placed before 12 Noon EST.  All other stock orders will ship the next business day (Monday thru Friday)
    • Orders are shipping using UPS Ground, Purolator or Canada Post in Canada
    • Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut must be called in for shipping prices.
