Returns

Need a return?  No problem and NO restocking fee!!

1. Please contact us krista@thewristbandman.com to receive a return authorization code.
2. Ship the return back to the Wristband Man to the address provided. (shipping to be paid by you)
3. After we review the return, we will provide a return for the products only.

Conditions:

• Only stock items can be returned, custom imprinted wristbands or special order wristbands are non refundable (certain exemptions apply: Vinyl Tab Wristbands, Cloth Wristbands, Silicone Wristbands and Lanyards)
  
• Returns must be in original packaging and available for resale
• Items can only be returned 30 days from the date of your receipt
• Returns must include a return authorization code (please see above)
• Refunds will be issued on products only
• Please allow 7 business days once the return has been received for a refund to be issued
• NO Refunds on customized products
