The most common chip for hotel locks in Canada is MIFARE Classic 1K, which is compatible with most major lock brands including Assa Abloy, Dormakaba, VingCard, Onity and Salto. If you're unsure, tell us your lock brand in the quote form and we'll confirm the right chip before your order goes into production. We'd rather confirm upfront than have you receive incompatible cards.
